Installation and User Manual

Step 5 Plug the ProFusion X DMM power cord into a standard wall outlet. Press

the “Standby” button to power on the DMM. The LCD display will light up

with the DMX MUSIC logo. If the DMM is within a pre-programmed

playback window, within 60 seconds the LCD will display the STA (Style,

Track, and Artist) information. If the DMM is not programmed to play, the

LCD will display a screen indicating what time playback is scheduled to

begin.

2.3.1 – Accessing the Set Configuration Menu

The Set Configuration menu allows a user to modify the modem or network settings

of the ProFusion X DMM. This menu is locked by default and only authorized

personnel will be given the access code to unlock the Set Configuration menu.

Please call Customer Support (see Appendix C) for an unlock code.

The following steps are only necessary for

modem and network-update DMMs. If the DMM

is configured to receive CD updates, please skip

to Section 3 “Updating ProFusion X DMM” for

further instructions.

Not all users will be allowed to modify Network

Settings. If your corporate office does not allow

on-site control, you will need to schedule an

appointment with an authorized DMX MUSIC

installation technician at the time of

our call.

Step 1 From the STA display, press the * button to enter the main DMM menu.

Step 2 Press the NAVIGATION DOWN button until the “Network Control” option is

highlighted.
